Why isn't US DOJ doing its job?

So an illegal gets deported, then comes back. Gets deported, comes back, gets deported, comes back... And constantly rapes, rapes, rapes, he rapes at least 10 women in Texas. Why do they let him back in? Why isn't he in prison or at least behind the wall, on the Mexican side? The Department of Justice are useless crooks who aren't doing their job to protect their own people. Why do Americans put up with this shit?

Mexicans at least have more common sense than Americans:

The protesters chanted slogans, including "Children need a father and a mother" and "Wake up and defend the family."

At least some people on this Earth have the mind and the guts to say no to faggotry propaganda. That's why they have so many children: they are free to call a faggot a faggot, and free to have strong families not some gay ersatz bullshit with "parent-1" and "parent-2".
