Let's try to keep this agenda-free. - Globalism is actually a great thing and inevitable. - There is a hierarchy of races, and it is Abbo < Black < White < Oriental < Jewish. - Islam is the only way to save the West and the white race from extinction. - Psychedelic drugs should be in the water supply. - Engineering and programming are low tier professions. - Heterosexual love isn't real. Women search for the most genetically elite sperm like bees search for flowers. - Technology is a hindrance to enlightenment. - Intelligence and autism are interchangeable. Autism is on the rise because intelligence is being selected for. - The universe would be better off without life.
>>1 Globalism is a meaningless buzzword. Its proponents define it as the sharing of information and the creating of a monoculture, while its detractors see it as the enforcing of a faceless international government controlling your life and leaving you with no recourse. But it means nothing objectively.
>>2 True. I like to think of it as the appropriate culture that leads to one world government--that is, the dissolution of ethnic or ad-hoc boundaries between people of the world. One world government/NWO is the correct terminology. It would be world peace. Some people like to counter by saying people would still find differences to fight over in a one world government. I don't think that's possible; humans fight over their tribes and when there are no tribes, there isn't any fighting. The past 30 or so years (after the Iron Curtain fell) has shown us that removing restrictions on movement and association also removes the need for conflict. We're at the cusp of a golden age of progress and prosperity. Let's not fuck it up by becoming reactionary.

Globalism only seems to be practiced by the west. Eastern countries still have import tariffs, tight immigration controls etc. Africa also isn't too keen on globalism now that China has begun to colonize them.
Globalism is just the West shooting itself in the foot and hoping that the rest of the world does the same. It's kinda like when you and your friends agree to do a silly dance in unison, only for them to stop a few seconds in and awkwardly watch you make a fool of yourself until you notice. And the west has begun to notice that nobody is really following its ideas, kinda like with the whole democracy thing.

Couldn't Globalism, once reached, mean communism (aka the equal-making of everybody, or at least most people)? And would it even be sustainable or would it fall apart, like it already did a few times? So is it good or bad? I don't know, but the way to the 'one world' certainly is going to be rough. Well, it is already... Also note that once a group of people gets larger, the voice of a single person gets more silent. Not sure if this makes a difference though in countries with 1 Million+ inhabitants compared to 'one country' with 7 Billion+ people.
