30th day of NoFap

so I've started to have pelvic pains randomly after month of noFap
Suspected its related to prostate
For curiosity i searched prostatitis on /r/NoFap and...

The problem is if i start fapping again i get severe porn/hentai addiction back.
Without fapping i'm far more productive and focused, and feeling mentally/spiritually pure.

NoFap is a sham. The problem the people that go with it need to address is porn addiction.

Not fapping just because you're addicted to porn isn't an optimal solution.
