The first amendment

Prohibiting CP is a violotation of the first amendment of the US.

I'm not a pedo yet I never watch any porn and certainly wouldn't watch any if I had to risk imprisonment to do so. Watching CP indicates self-control issues -- if you can't even control your desire to watch porn when threatened with imprisonment, how can anybody trust you to not also lack control when it comes to raping children?
