As more and more young people embrace ecommerce, the more Black Friday seems like a real Boomer thing. The trade off is that patronizing Amazon directly hurts your local economy--but I guess it won't matter in a couple of years when America adopts a technocratic system and nobody actually owns anything, only rents out commodities indefinitely from our designated Amazon-appointed retailer.
