It's not exactly big news. This happens all the time in the industry, but what I really wonder about is Mark Shkreli's incarceration. Why was there public outcry against him but not this one? Why is it personalities like John Oliver are willing to antagonize a person like Shkreli's but not that of the many faceless entities that do it on a daily basis? Is it simply because Shkreli was the one person? A smug looking face that people could rally around? Because it really, really feels like public outcry only happens when the majority of people are not only directly affected but are affected at the hands of an enemy that's not too abstract, that the average American can comprehend.
