In most cases, sure. Unless you have lots of shekels. There are plenty of wealthy goyim who with the right attorney will at the worst get a feather light sentence, if not acquitted entirely. But you're correct, almost certainly a Jew will be acquitted simply because he's a Jew, unless he has Jewed other Jews in business deals or something of the sort.
