Tell that to Peter Molyneux. He almost never finishes his games, they are always buggy and incomplete. Best example is Black & White, which published untested and instead of proper multiplayer gameplay, included unskipable sveral hour length tutorial. And the he promised shitload of all in Fable, and it wasn't implemented even in Fable 2. His latest Godus game is unfinished too and abandoned.
