Extreme Anxiety

Do you have anxiety? If so, what kind? How does it affect you? How do you deal with it?

I think it's normal to not want to click on links here. That's not really a problematic type of anxiety.

Anxiety is when you have irrational anticipatory worries/fear/nervousness. But when it's warranted, it's not anxiety.
