Social anxiety is just some made up shit by made up liar "medical experts" who enjoy nothing more than making up conditions then claiming to be experts in them to validate themselves. Just do what everyone else does and suck it up or move to somewhere with not a lot of people of find some way to overcome your shyness/inexperience.
