as you can see, it is usually measured in percentages, with IV route being close to 100%. you can probably find specifics about mercury on pubmed, I don't have them handy. now, here's the thing about orders of magnitude: even if oral route had 1% bioavailability and IV had 100%, you'd still get more from tuna.
