niggers don't "want" anything, they do not have any qualia. They run simple biological programs. Evolution makes some niggers die out, but going from "niggers without bikes die" to "niggers want to steal bikes" is as idiotic as saying that sand castles want to be built in sandboxes and not on the beach. Maybe someday a nigger will become sentient enough to want. Then we'll have niggers' rights movement for those niggers.
