Russia Challenges US at School Shootings

Despite Russians having no firearms, school shootings are on the rise. Kids just use selfmade bombs, instead of guns:

The problem is not with guns, but with people.

If kids get depression and want to kill other kids, then something is terrible wrong with society and educational process.
