I try to murder them one by one with my bare hands but there's always more. Mosquitoes are infinite. Is there a way to poison them without poisoning me?

Put out a cup with sugar water mixed with fast acting posion. Shine a light underneath it too if possible.

I heard something about scientists breeding sterile mosquitoes and then releasing them into the wild in order for males to think they were breeding with them, and then they don't end up reproducing afterwards because of the sterility, but they no longer tried to reproduce because they thought their efforts were sufficient.
But that's probably just a drop in the bucket. I doubt it will be enough. A single mosquito sucking your blood can lead to thousands of mosquitoes, if you consider multiple generations instead of just one.

Get some peanut butter, but check the ingredients and make sure it is 100% peanuts (a little salt is fine but no added oils or sugar). Then mix it with citronella essential oil at 50/50 ratio and smear it onto your exposed skin -- particularly the tips of your ears. Guaranteed no more mozzies, flies, gnats, or even moths bothering you.

Dry ice in an empty plastic milk bottle might work on it's own, optionally with some of those sticky insect sheets
