I have English locale and visit Google from Ukrainian IP, and still I'm being served with the following doodle in honor of Nikolay Nosov (Russian propagandist targeting children), glorifying ugly subhuman Russian culture. Main Nosov's achievement was the https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dunno_on_the_Moon book, scaring children with evils of capitalism, yet forgetting to tell them how they will get gulaged, if they say badmouth Stalin or refuse to serve the glorious Russian Army.
