My doctor retired and now within a 90 minute drive of my residence there are no physicians who see heterosexual male patients under 40 years of age accepting patients. It's like I'm being told to kill myself. There are 5 different doctors that see women only, a half dozen for seniors, and a couple for kids and one who sees faggots only.

Most people don't want to stay alive, they just don't have a way of expressing it even to themselves due to cultural brainwashing. Literally everything in life is disappointing and better if it never happened, most people just ignore that and continue keeping on because they don't know how to acknowledge the world as inherently worthless -- the only cultural acceptable way to frame it is to say that YOU are inherently worthless for not liking life, most people don't want to cop to being worthless so they tell themselves "life is good". That's what you get in a consumerist society of atomized individuals, but also what you got in a Christian society of community.
