very disturbing nightmare followed by boring dream

I had a nightmare that there was a group of people trying to kill me and we were in a weird maze-like building

two guys were boxing and one guy punched the other guy so hard that his lower jaw bone fell out of his skin, and some guy with lots of swords stabbed me and cut me into a bunch of pieces

then I woke up with a high heart rate, then calmed down and went back to sleep, then I had a dream about buying groceries in another country

does anyone else have weird dreams? please tell me I'm not the only one...

Sounds normal.

Sounds kind of intense but I have seen worse things.
