From my research it is clear that men in West Virginia are likely to, on average, have penises 10% smaller than others. This is because Perfluorinated Compounds make your penis shrink by 10%¹ and West Virginia, up until 2013, was one of the most PFCs polluted areas of the country due to their Dupont plant².
