I've made it to three weeks which is the longest streak I've ever had. I haven't noticed a whole lot of changes, possibly because I haven't really had a chance to get out and try them out.

However, something I have noticed is that I've become far more aggressive. Little things that I never noticed irritate the living hell out of me for no reason. I've started developing negative opinions about people that I used to like.

I've never been an angry person, so this sort of thing is very disconcerting for me. It was interesting for the first week or so, but then It started to worry me. People always commented on how calm and collected I was, but now my family have casually mentioned that they can hear my screams of anger through the walls.

Has anyone else experienced this sort of thing? What's your opinion on the anger and irritability that nofap seems to cause?
