To be fair, the so-called third world only has to not euthanize the crippled and drug addicted because of the first world forcing them to have "human rights". In fact, the so-called third world is actually so similar to the first as to be considered, properly, the second world. the true third world is found deep in the amazon and such, where only the healthy survive as is the natural law. America and Western Europe, due to being satanic, demand that worthless broken people are kept alive so they can suffer pointlessly.
