Did you know, that in Russia you need special permission to be near its border?

If Russian gets caught near border with Europe, he will go to Russian jail.

The real reason for that is European Union paying Putin to prevent Russian citizens from illegally immigrating into Europe. Why wont Trump pay Mexican government to establish similar zone?
