White race is not a race, but a culture

Whiteness is not about having a white skin, blue eyes and light hair. Those are irrelevant to actual whiteness. You could have all of those and still be a non-white, simply by not having white values.

Whiteness is about intelligence, celebration of intelligence, but also about empathy.
A smart black is whiter than a dumb "white", for example a slav.
An egoist "white" who implicitly - even just through his choices of everyday products - supports exploitation, factory farming, dictatorships, is not white.

The word you're looking for is "Western civilization". The person-being born inside Western civilization absorbs and internalizes cultural values and unwritten laws of this civilization. The nature-vs-nurture argument is about whether "nature"(genes, environment) can be overridden by "nurture"(culture, education,civilization).
