Whats the best way to deal with cockroaches?

Excluding chemical sprays(i don't like the smell). I'm afraid of them entering the guts of my PC and shorting it.
Anything that costs below 30-40$ and will kill them all?

Its already ducktaped in all possible places(leaving fan intakes) but it probably has gaps.
