Dunno about their real agenda, but they are failing badly at the stated one, because now they have two problems: neo-Nazis and Incels. I doubt there is an easy way to solve any of them. Neo-Nazis are reactionary to imperialism/communism, while Incels are reactionary to women gaining freedom and numerous other issues, like social rejection.
