I think this is a horrible person. The amount of disinformation is insuperable.

If that photo is her, it is clear that she is fundamentally good but her goodness expresses itself by trying to do what is right by the society she is in. Sadly for her the society is leading her astray, deliberately subverting her desire to do good and making her sallow and awful. It is the saddest of all because people like her cannot understand what is happening, why they are unable to be good effectively despite their efforts.
