Without effective eugenics applied to the population "human rights" are cruel because they take people bred for over 1k years to be a simple peasant and set them adrift in a ultra-complex society of predators and scammers where they have to sink or swim.

The vast majority of people in any modern society are suffering terribly due to being under siege from manipulative advertising and predator corporations. Modern society created a situation where the majority of people are seen as a resource to exploit ruthlessly, such as in 2008 where millions of Americans were tricked into bad mortgages and became homeless.
