Ten Magic Buttons

You have a magic panel with different colored buttons:
1.The Orange Button: Every hour, the least sexually active female on the planet dies.
2.The Cyan button: Every hour, the most sexually active female on the planet dies.
3.The Red Button: Every hour, the richest(by total assets) person dies.
4.The Blue Button: Every hour, the poorest(by total assets) person dies.
5.The Purple Button: Every hour, the least genetically fit person dies.
6.The Yellow button: Every Hour, the least intelligent person on the planet dies.
7.The Green Button: Every hour, the fattest person on Earth dies.
8.The White Button: Every hour, the least moral person on Earth dies.
9.The Black Button: Every hour, the most violent person on Earth dies.
10.The Brown Button: Every hour, the
least attractive person on Earth dies.

Once you push one button, the panel disappear. Which one you would push and why?

White button world is what "moral guardians" thought about an ideal country. Its not everyones cup of tea(immoral stimulant), however it (drastically) solves most problems by removing incentive to ignore morality:
1.Profiteering/Scam/Fraud disappers.
2.Crime drastically reduced.
3.Wealth hoarding stops.
4.Dictators, mafia leaders and warlords drop dead.
5.Ethics improves drastically overall.
6.People in general stop being assholes in fear of White Button.
7.Sexual immorality become deadly, so no deviants or sex crimes.
8.Drug trade and human trafficking stop.
9.Porn and Prostitution disappear.(most of Cyan button effects manifest).
10.Society cares about more of people, stronger social fabrics due higher morality.

But wait, where is the hidden flaw?
Eventually it will look like "Instant Karma" culling least moral people, but it will start affecting children(not very moral due lack of social education) and tired/overworked people(impaired morality).
Eventually any drug/food/process/object that impairs moral judgement will elevate the risk for termination, e.g. viewing some picture and having immoral thoughts
or playing a videogame with potential for immoral actions. Eventually it would involve sex itself, so in vitro fertilization will replace it and people would not dare to think about sex/lust in fear of termination.
Also, veganism will be mandatory due killing animals being of course immoral and even killing cockroaches rates as dropping your moral score way down.
Science experiments must now be done on computer models and pesticides are illegal(it basically mass murder of animals).
You'll get the idea of what White world is about if you imagine ever-increasing "moral standards" having a property of intolerance to mistakes and following a path towards robotic adherence to moral laws.
