Potato genotoxicity

Solanine in potatoes does not degrade with cooking. Its toxic and more importantly genotoxic.
Countries which consume lots of potatoes and potato products poison their gene pools.

Hopefully humans poison themselves to extinction before entirely ruining the planet with estrogenic waste.
