In Russia, a family couple brutally killed two adopted children
husband sentenced to 16 years in prison, and the wife to 15 years.

For comparison, killing a hamster in Russia will get you 5 years in prison. So lives of 2 Russians kids are equivalent to 3 hamsters.

Also, after the first child was killed, whole village knew about it and police visited, but did nothing, until the second got killed and the daughter reported on her parents (because she would have been the next victim), making it into a scandal. Now tell me, that not all Russian are evil.

They why releasing such people out? It is well known that prison doesn't correct criminals, but only makes them worse: you cannot become a nice person, when they rape you every day in ass, or when you rape other prisoners asses. Same way, there is no way a former convict can get any stable employment, because no sane business wants to employ people with connections in criminal world, in addition to such persons have no professional skills (beside people raping in the ass).
