BTC Exchange

Thank to all people who sent me BTC. Since I'm continuing the development of my game, I want to convert a few BTC into PayPal USD. CoinBase requires a stolen European or American ID card to connect with PayPal, and they could block transaction if they notice a forged identity. So I decided to try Russian solution, which promises to send anything anywhere. Most of Russian sites exchange only larger sums at once, but one, Magnatus, appears to be exchanges any sums. For now I've sent them 10USD worth of BTC, and waiting for the result. Hope they don't steal such small sums.

So what exchanges you people use here?

Tried to transfer donated BTCs to a PrivatBank USD card, this time with the proper western service - cex.io, instead of Russian carders, and it failed again with the same error message and PrivatBank rejecting transaction, just like with Russian carders. Tried to reach PrivatBank tech support by 3700 phone, waited around a hour for an operator to become available - no result. Used the option to reserve a tech support operator callback in the morning. Waited whole day - no callback. Came to their office, where consultant girl told that they cant help with anything - I must call 3700.

What can I say? There is nothing I can do. The problem is unsolvable on my side. The problem is in Ukraine, which has a non-functioning bank system, where you can't transfer a single USD. PrivatBank sucks. Ukraine sucks. No wonder Russians want to annex this shithole - Russians love shit. The only thing I can do is trying to cross border illegally into Europe. Ukraine has no future.
