Opinions on my idea for a new anarchist organization?

One thing I've really enjoyed is the dildos, and I'd like to see them kept under anarchism. How could I achieve this? Well, since a lot of people like dildos, an interest group would be formed. Now, since dildos take a lot to make so a gift economy would not work in this situation. My idea is that group members would have to contribute X amount of hours helping the group. Whether it's packaging and shipping, assembly, design, the electrical part, or helping with administration (when I say administration it would be transparent and democratic). By working for X hours you would receive a customized Dragon Dildo. Opinions?
