How is this a real fetish? How broken does one have to be to want others to fuck their wife. Does it come from a place of self hate? I don't understand.

This signifies they(Alt-right, racists, militant right-wing) don't accept cuckoldry and treat it as weakness, while left-wing embraces weakness and victimhood. It would be more natural to associate cuckoldry with left-wing fantasies of masochistic or self-flaggelating nature.
