Anyways, I'm not a big fan of the self-improvement meme. I like to try different things, but it's mostly bullshit or the effects are not worth the work. Just try to eat healthy (you all know that fast food is not healthy and cooking varied meals is healthier, it's not rocket science and you don't need to read so much about it), work out a little and don't do too much of any unnatural activity (sitting, looking at a screen, ...) and you got most of the health stuff covered. Then you just need motivation and something you care about and you will soon find yourself working in the most effective way possible, without destroying your kidneys from too many meme supplements.
