I want to do something like Jennifer Dewalt but I don't know shit about HTML or CSS or Javascript or whatever. Can you point me to the right direction /prog/?

Code School, seriously. You can just pirate their shows but I doubt that the torrents are updated. That's what I did. First, I studied HTML5 and CSS3 and then I did their Javascript course then Ruby.
