Java is definitely more ENTERPRISE. You could take Python to Java's level, but it would require a lot of work. I mean, Java has the backing of Oracle, an ENTERPRISE edition, and AbstractSingletonProxyFactoryBeans.

Python has a lot of ENTERPRISE potential (swap out Guido for a faceless organization and I think it would be halfway there within three years), but I don't think there's even a single ESB written in Python.

What the fuck is an ESB for? This Service Bus thing sounds fucking stupid and useless.

You use an ESB as a shield to protect you from having to interact with other dysfunctional projects. You say ``the data's on the ESB in the format you requested, we're done'', and then you don't have to sit through meetings where some moron who just learned about UDP tells everyone to use SOCK_DGRAM because that way you can get one packet per recv() call!
