To Richard Stallman: Do you prefer 2D or 3D?

If we're talking only about attraction, not a relationship, it depends mainly on details.

I can be very attracted to a 1D woman who exists only as a sequence of words. When I read Emma Goldman's autobiography, at one point I fell in love with her.

But Stallman was instumental in the decision to make GCC internals as obfuscated as possible and to not separate the front-end and back-end properly, so as to prevent proprietary code from stealing it. Erecting large obstacles to proper debuggers and IDEs, as well as ensuring that GCC would eventually stagnate and create a market for a compiler suite that doesn't do that. Without his help, there would be no Clang\LLVM! That has got to count for something.
