LOLCODE compiler for windows

I was thinking of doing something cool with lolcode but I'm running into trouble finding a good compiler for the thing. There was talk of something like lolcode.net compiler but I'd rather stay away from the .net framework awhile.

Right now I'm using repl.it which is shitty and irritates the fuck out of me. wat do
