first you have to do image processing to fit a series of curve across a perspective corrected photo of the image you want to replicate
then implement inverse kinematic techniques in order for the robot to play back the peicewise beziers in order to hack the real world

Make sure to use the same ballpen, the victim uses, otherwise he will get more chances disproving the signature. Basically, law is helpless and investigates it only "beyond reasonable doubt", where "reasonable" is just a buzzword.
