The site is fine. Even on w4c/prog/, ⁶⁶faggot quotes⁹⁹ weren't used all the time. If you want to encourage their use, then fine reasons to use them. Preferably in informative programming discussion, creative, original shitposting that is tangentially related to programming or /prog/, or posting cute projects that you are working on that are interesting. The only thing that is seriously annoying is the Reddit-esque pun crap that doesn't even make the pretense of having had any thought put into it.

And overall, you need to take it easy. Relax, stop obsessing over us. Realize that we don't need you as Defender of Faith for something as minor as quoting styles.
