Since version 29.0.1 of Firefox, it doesn't allow you to remove "back" button from the toolbar, wasting your screen space. Moreover, new Firefox started to show "customize" button, cluttering even more of your screen space. Now when the only redeeming Firefox features (removing useless buttons and no DRM) are gone, I'm moving to Safari. Goodbye, Slowfox.

Safari and Opera are the only two browsers allowing complete customization. Both are commercial. OpenSource has failed again.

You could just use Iceweasel.

The solution is simple: remove the toolbar entirely.

Apply your programming and computer science knowledge and create your own personal web browser. Is it that hard? Make a web browser that is the equivalent of minix or plan 9.
