What's the best textboard and imageboard software?

I think tablecat's BBS is the best for a textboard?
What about imageboard? Wakaba?

This is absolutely disgusting. I'm going to write textboard software in Scheme and call it Bernkastel. I'll be back in three years with an alpha version.
