1. How come they know Chinese? 2. Why service parts of building are open for access and no security? 3. Where did they got hardware and software to upload the video?
So recently a US warship heavily laden with top-notch weaponry and equipment approaches Russian waters in the Black Sea, and Russians send a plane. And it's just an unarmed plane but with some EM-suppressors. And Muricans are like all freaked out 'n screaming for their lives, like "oh my gawdz he's gonna kill us!!". Turns out this one unarmed plane suppressed all the super-precise modern high-tech weaponry on the ship and then made some fly-bys 'n simulated some rocket launches. So like all the American taxpayer money that went into developing all that fancy DARPA shit was wasted because it can all be blocked by EM waves, haha.
Apparently, all efforts to revive the “Aegis” and provide target information for the defence failed.
After the incident, the foreign media reported that “Donald Cook” was rushed into a port in Romania. There all the 27 members of the crew filed a letter of resignation. It seems that all 27 people have written that they are not going to risk their lives. This is indirectly confirmed by the Pentagon statement according to which the action demoralized the crew of the American ship.
So the American army is not only poorly equipped, it also consists of pansies.
>>8 The joke's on DARPA or whoever develops shit for the US armed forces. Also on Murican taxpayers.

>>6 Nice contradictory sources. The first article makes no mention of Aegis being disabled and even quotes a Pentagon spokesman as saying "Donald Cook is more than capable of defending itself against two Su-24s". The second is some unsourced garbage from a Russian blog.
