I once had a website with a Tablecat BBS installation, and for some reason, it would give people 403 errors when they tried to quote posts. I checked my .htaccess and octal permissions of my Tablecat BBS files and couldn't figure out what was the problem. I couldn't be bothered to fix it so I just deleted the board.
