Wow, Slashdot is scraping the bottom now. I reviewed their last few weeks of stories. Actual tech articles get, like, 50 comments, only 5 of which say anything meaningful (another 15 are stale memes, another 10 are bashing Microsoft no matter how unrelated, another 5 are paranoid fantasies of that the Obama is watching them masturbate, another 5 are blatant trolls, and the final 10 are pretentious windbags who thing people care about their two thousand word essay). The rest is old crap, politics, and clickbait. Also seems to have a feminists bent on things now, and posts absolutely off-topic shit like Ferguson. Even with all the shitposting lowlifes on /prog/ we haven't gone that off-topic yet.
And Slashdot deals.... Yup, they are dying. They have zero credibility, and the userbase is full of mean-spirited pseudo-intellectual contrarians who won't buy anything mentioned. Goodbye, Slashdot, I hardly knew ye.
