Nearly every, that means with the exception of a couple, of the keep votes are SPA accounts. Delete !votes are based in policy while at least one remaining keep !vote is WP:ILIKEIT. Just letting everyone know that OP is actually this guy. He also cross-posted the ``haskell comic'' thread onto his twitter. Also note the strong lack of photos of himself with females.
