/prog/ self improvement thread

Please use this thread for the purpose of improving /prog/.

Step 1: start banning people who think the problem with the original /prog/ wasn't the spambots or the human garbage trying to turn it into /pol/ v2.0, but that one of them got banned once (and rather than realise he got hit by one of Mr_Vac^Bob's rogue regexes, he started raging about a conspiracy to shut down anti-Semites).

There is no step 2.
