I can supply a team of 15 Indians who can do it for 10$/h (total, not each, obviously). Well, they get 2.50$/h actually, the rest is overhead and goes to me. I also rent teams of little Bangladeshi girls for 7.50$/h. They live off a single bag of chips each day and are chained to the wall so they can never steal your code. They only work in CoffeeScript though, no matter how hard you beat them, but also have some experience with SQL and HTML5.
