BBS Rewritten

Please test out the shitty BBS rewrite here: http://beta.progrider.org/prog/

It uses sqlite and it makes shit easier for me to manage. For the most part the behavior should be the same. If you run across any errors, post them in this thread and I'll fix them.

The software used is written by me, but it uses parts of Tablecat's BBS, especially the HTML structure.
