Programmers subconsciously fear their open source code will be stolen and reused in commercial software.
So they make it as incompatible, useless and obscure as possible.

So Perl 6 is just another Python, with classes and inheritance and all? Pfft, how disappointing. Although Larry Wall will probably do a better job than that inept Jew, it'll still be just a Python (albeit done right).
