They should have two sets of buses. One for productive people, and one for the hobos. Raise fares to, say, $10 a ride and use the increased revenue to hire guards for the good bus stops and keep the buses nice.
I hate taxies for this same reason. They are gross and the drivers look like the parole board was feeling generous. I hate truckers also. I hope that self driving vehicles puts them all out of work and their children go hungry and have to ride on the poor people bus. Fucking truckers.
